Well, today is WI day. I was unable to go to our WW meeting last week due to working on a fundraiser dinner (!) I am so disgusted with myself! I have not journaled at all (my intentions were good, though) so I know I have gained. How much remains to be seen. I can see myself falling back into my old ways and I don't like what I see. Yet, can't seem to help myself. I wish I could refocus. Yaaggghhh!!!
