15 min of abs + 15 min of HIIT complete, total calories burned 223. Held my breathing a couple of times during the HIIT interval, boy what a mistake! NEVER hold your breath. Anyway, what I love about HIIT is that one burns so many calories in such a short period of time, it totally obliterates the excuse of having no time for exercise. Now porridge and later vacuuming, what an exciting day lol.
