Well the day is over and so is my lazy period, lots to do tomorrow, have to do lots of sorting out of grants and have to go from 1 end of the city to the other and I dont drive and buses no good for getting around the city. My food intake is what I normally would eat when Im busy, My problem with gaining weight is lack of exercise, my pals and family say I am the only 1 they know who loses weight on hol, and thats because I swim, walk, once the sun comes out, its the dull grey weather that effects me. I would be the slimmest, healthist person alive if I lived in the sun by the sea, Went North Portugal last year, for a full month, had the best time ever, drank, ate, walked, and came home down a stone,The reason all fresh food, veg, fish, tiny bit chicken and lots of fruit as it was so cheap. Also not the biggest drinker and do not like to drink much in front of kids, so had only 2/3 glasses of Red Wine and not even every day and at 35c a glass had a cheap holiday.
