Miraculously, I've lost about 4 lbs in the last 2 days, probably the weight I gained when I was on vacation and also lost water weight (even though I drank like 40 oz of water right before bed....??). Well, it feels good anyway, and I'm looking forward to my official weigh in on Friday :)
ZOMG I had a blast yesterday! My workout buddies gave blood so we couldn't do a super intense workout, so, instead we played Just Dance 4! They could take it easy, and I danced my heart out for a little over 25 min! It felt great to dance and switch things up! We're getting back to DVDs today and working our way back up to Insanity workouts :) Going to keep my fluids up today, since I'm apparently pretty dehydrated, and remember to eat right!
