knapa ya distiap org posting prubahan badan nya pada bnyk yg tanya " olahraga apa kak? ,kecilin paha gmn kak ,kecilin perut gmn kak" eh gais semua itu ada prosesnya dan prosesnya itu gk bisa instan 1-2 minggu lgsg kliatan, yg pntg Defkal and klo mau bagus badanya ya weight training (beban), cardio bagus untuk bakar kalori tp klo mo buat kompor dibadan lebih gede, buatlah otot wan kawan👌
