I changed my picture. I was about 155 in that old picture, i needed to update with the new and improved 140 lb me :0) lol
I have finally reached the point where i am 100% ready to get the rest of this weight off. I have been puttering around for 2 months now and i just want it gone. I have learned alot in the last 2 months, i have learned how to maintain perfectly! LOL
I am ready to go hardcore health nut and only put fresh pure food in my mouth, i am cutting out HFCS and going to start cutting way down on artificial sweeteners. I'm going to start checking labels for added chemicals in my food, and do my best to avoid foods with ingredients that i cannot pronounce. I am also beginning a mostly vegetarian diet, and i say 'mostly' becuase i cant promise that i wont eat my hubby's famous spaghetti sauce that contains ground beef. But i plan to incorporate alot more non meat sources of protien.
I am going to continue strength training and increase my amount of cardio week by week, my goal is to do 30 minutes along with my strength training. right now i only do 10-15 minutes.
And my over all goal is to reach my goal weight by Christmas. I am going to set out 2 designated 'free days' between now and December 10th (the end of the challenge i joined) and those days will be Halloween and Thanksgiving.
The challenge starts tomorrow, Friday is a really odd day for the start of a challenge, so i may put it off till Monday, that just seems more natural, but we'll see.
