indomie kari, pake baby kailan, tahu, sama baso....my tricks buat turun smp 21 kg adalah....makan apa aja sebelum.jm 5 sore...asal include buah sayur dan kacang2an....after jm 5 sore stop. jangan lupa olahraga sm minum green tea
