15 min of HIIT + 15 min of abs complete = 260 calories burned. I went up to maintenance calories this week because I read about diet break, this is done in order not to slow down ones metabolism, the idea is to go back to caloric deficit the following week which will help me not to plateau in my weight loss journey, makes sense, hopefully the theory translates into reality.
