Whew! So, on my C25K recovery day, I thought I'd do a light workout on the treadmill...tried out one of the weight loss preset workouts. Man! Way more intense than I expected! Not sure that's a good plan for "recovery" days. Maybe next time I'll stick with straightforward walking. Still, good workout!
