早上忙完後,沒時間做早餐,就買了美而美的早餐..😳😱這樣吃居然有超過800卡..真素嚇🐭人了。
#昨晚不是有做運動(跳繩)嗎!🤔但似乎幫助不大..今天多了0.1公斤,唉唉~今天繼續控制...💪🏿
