I need some healthy snack ideas that I can have when I don't reach my calories for the day. I find that I want to eat bread and that's not good.

I really like the veggie crackers from Woolies +with Bovril and cheddar.) I've ALS recently found out that I really like pretzels. Sliced deli meats or Biltong are good snacks to go to. nuts. Im big into "lunch dessert" lol. I have it every other day. I fast until 12 and then I have a big lunch and my 3pm snack is 100g full cream plain yogurt with honey and different fruit. slices of cheddar are good space fillers, or laughing cow wedges.

The pink ones specifically are awesome. I think it's sweet potato and chia seeds - but way nicer than a rice cake
