I've started adding dairy back into my diet and it seems like I'm able to lose weight much easier! The proof is in my numbers. I was shocked. It fills me up and keeps me full longer. It's not even that I'm adding yogurt or anything healthy - it's ice cream and pudding (sugar free) and milk. I'm liking the weight loss, but I have no idea how it's happening. Wish I could figure it out so I could keep on losing!
