I just don't get it, I lost another 2lbs. have been doing almost perfect for almost 3 weeks and then today I crave everything in sight and seem to be sad and emotional. UGH!! One would think I would be happy with a loss and all should be good. I haven't done the worst today but I only have 2 points left for supper so I guess I will be using flex points for the rest of the day which is OK but I try not to use them unless I have something special. So ho hum hope all had a better day then I did.

Make the No Point W.W. Soup, and try make the sugar free jellies, You could have a slice of bread with 2 cups of soup. Try it, I think yr Weight History Chart looks fab the way the line is steadly going down

Hi, I am just finishing my third week, too. The weight came off slowly, but it is still coming off. This week does seem a lot harder than the first two as far as cravings. I have really had to fight not falling off the wagon. I just keep thinking that if I give in and eat the cookies (or whatever) I will be heading back down a road that leads to fatigue and not liking myself. I did slip up a couple of times, but the next day I just kept going. So, take it one day at a time and maybe we can move through it together! And don't worry about using your flex points. That is exactly what they are there for!
