My dinner tonight....minced beef and cabbage stew with steamed potatoes, pickled gherkin, cucumber, tomatoes and spring onion. Total 350 kcal 🙂.

I do a very similar dish - spicy mince and spicy potatoes with tomatoes, cucumber etc. We like spice in our house!!
