I started on Sept 27, 2010 to really get serious about losing weight and getting healthy, without starving and killing myself with major exercise. I am starting out slow. My goal is 10 lbs a month. Today is Oct 4, 2010 and I am down about 3lbs. It has been really hard. I know I have to do more exercise but I come home exhausted and in a lot of pain.
