Well, I've been making sure my caloric output exceeds my intake over the past week, averaging about 150-200 calorie difference, but this morning the scale said I am one pound heavier. Grr! I know, it takes time, and patience, and I just started last week, AND I am one of those people who is in the "15 pounds to lose" category so that means it will be extra difficult. Because my personal maintenance RDA about 1700 cals/day (I have a small frame) it makes it all the more difficult.
62.6 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
