Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled, Three pieces of bacon, crisp. 1 cup of coffee with 1 tbs vream and tsp od splenda= 2 carbs eat within 30 mins of getting up
Lunch: Any meat and salad with creamy salad dressing, count ypur carbs carefully, veg have carbs in them, diet coke = 3 carbs
Dinner, steak or chicken or pork chops, broccoli or asparagus or any all green veg, sugar free jello, tea with splenda = 10 carbs
crystal light 16 oz= 6 carbs
get plenty to eat and drink but watch your carbs...
