Oh god I want to eat something. Doesn't matter what, sweet or not. I know the feeling, and proceeding with this won't do me any good since I'm already full enough. I don't know what to do!

If your full and want to eat, then it could be anxiety or so some other factor causing it (habit?). There's a book called "Becks Diet Solution" which talks about eating behaviors and how to stop them. Check it out of the library or look for reviews on Amazon.com. It might help you. Sometimes the urge to eat means your thirsty (I read that somewhere). So make sure you getting enough fluids.

Thank you guys. I know this condition - it usually happens when I eat something very fast and basically feel overloaded. What helped me is a cup of banana + unsweetened cocoa powder smoothie with soy milk and a teaspoon of honey. I guess it simply made me super happy and relaxed for about an hour, buying my brain some time to realize that I don't have to eat anymore.
