What a great day! All seems to be going so well I hope it keeps up. I have such a great frame of mind going in this time. I can't remember the last time I stuck to a diet for 3 full weeks. Maybe I thinking of it as a lifestyle change this time instead of a "diet".
If I do have a screw up I let it as that a screw up and instead of hacking the whole day I just say I screwed up once I don't want to do it again today and get right back on the horse. I hope everyone else is having as much success as I am right now, and I hope it lasts.

Most of losing weight is being in the correct frame of mind. You have a great mentality for losing weight. Let the slip ups go and just keep following the plan. It is a lifestyle change. Great job!
