Drama Donna pretty much changing carbs to whole grain, increasing fruits/veggies and portioning everything else.
As for working out I'm ok with 15 mins of cardio and 15 mins of resistance bands. Glad I bought those before the pandemic! :D

same here man. I'm so cheap and self conscious I bought bands off Walmart a month before all the lockdown. I love them except now I'm about maxing them out. mine are only 150#. great job on the transformation. it's not an easy task. working out isn't hard for me. getting myself out of poor food choices is. but now that I'm there I don't crave high sugar and fat stuff.

Busjwanie Totally understand, man! Some friends of mine weren't able to find any, they were out already! :(
Now at home our best ways to stay healthy are cardio workouts on YouTube and body weight exercises for strength training. You know: "If life sends you to the floor, do a burpee!" XD Always positive!!!
