Was excited to try Zumba today at gym after work until I realized - I'm going to be losing a pint of blood after lunch... may not do so well in gym today.
So trading my gym class today for a blood donation appointment :) I'll see if I am good for tomorrow.

Yea, a little woozy lol. drinking lots of water - and they wouldn't let me leave until I ate 4 cookies. LOL Woohoo!
