roti gandum sari roti itu kandungan gandum dan seratnya unggul di banding yg lain, selai kacang morin kandungan gula cuma 2gr/saji. kalo ada budget ya beli roti gandum di bakery2 yg kandungan gandumnya lebih dominan 💪
