3 days in and each day I do well until dinner when the other 2 people in my house seem to be home. During the day I work so I can get away with not eating a meal persay. I've still been doing well cutting portions. My goal to start is to adjust myself to smaller amounts and not snack as much. The hardest part is going to be to cut out soda. I just feel odd ordering water when out to eat. The other hard part is going to be the weekends when everyones home. I'm going to try and go back to eating ceaser salads alot for at least one meal a day.
