Today I really kicked up the exercise and managed to behave food wise. Did Zumba Live 55 min, Zumba Flat Abs 20 min and then a 20 min walk after dinner to help appease my guilt for giving in and having the chimichanga for dinner. Boy did it taste good, I just hope the scale cooperates tomorrow so there aren't more guilt walks coming....
