So i still havent been able to weigh myself, the scale is still dead, but the hubs bought batteries last night so i'll change them when i get home tonight and be able to weigh in tomorrow morning.
I'm super nervous about weighing in tomorrow. I desperatley need to see a drop on the scale, but i'm not sure if i will. :/
I was offered cookies this morning, turned them down, but did take the offer to try some pumpkin spice tea... I havent made it yet, but it smells like cough syrup... we'll see.
I'm not sure what on earth possessed him to do this, but hubbs got me a zero calorie, zero sugar Monster this morning. He was so proud of himself.. He knows that i dont like to ingest things with ingredients that i cant prounounce, PLUS all of the artificial sweetener.. oh well. I drank it.. well i opened it, and took a few sips. Its pretty nasty.
I've been doing better keeping my calories down the last few days, and not starving to death all day. I did HIIT on the treadmill last night, and discovered that i LOVE sprints. I'm not much of an endurance runner, but i love sprinting. I was exhausted to the point of nausea afterwards, so my strength training got cut a little short, so i know next time to do strength training FIRST lol
I really really really want to see a loss tomorrow. Everyone cross your fingers for me!!
