I keep telling myself, it's only 13 lbs... it's not like I've lost 30 lbs, but I can feel it all over! I don't have as big of rolls in my back, my face is so much more trimmed, and my clothes fit a ton better. I have one pair of pants that I've retired to the "too big" section of my closet. :) Only one pair. I'm excited to see results, and I'm excited to think that I'm making a change in lifestyle rather than on a diet.
