I DID IT, I EXERCISED Yes Carmel Moved and As I said before once Im out the front door there is nothing stopping me.

MY DAY

7am til 12: Got kids up for college/work:
Fed Kory, still not well
Had Healthy Breakfast
1 Egg/2 Thin Toast

12 am til 3pm SAT OUT IN THE BACK GARDEN SOAKING UP THE SUN

3pm till 7.30pm EXERCISED

1= Walked Briskly for 30 mins to Town
2= Took Kory To McDonalds
3= I had Small Salad. Cup Coffee.
4= Bus to Pool. Walked 10 mins from Bus to pool
5= Swam from 5pm until 7pm
When I wasnt swimming I was leg kicking, and woman there showed
me squatting exercise.
6= Walked 10 mins to Bus Stop
7= Went for a meal

1 spare rib (it must have been on a diet, it had so little meat) Half portion of Singapore Noodles, Glass Red Wine, 1 table spoon mint ice-cream.

Its now 11pm. Sitting down having coffee.

This mite be boring for oyhers to read, but it has been a long time since I've been this active,and feeling so good, Im glowing.

BRAVO!! Wow... FOUR and a HALF hours of movin' n grovin' way to shake it up, mama!! :) Rock it up some more and watch the weight fall right off!

Well without all of you here I would have still be deciding to start becoming healthy, or as Im going on Hols next Thurs, I would have said " Ah, Why Bother, Im off on Hols" but instead Im down 5lb and maybe another bit next week. So Thank you for all the encouragement.

GIRL!!! YOU are doing this!! :) BRAVO!! YOU got your buns out there and MOVED 'eM! lol ;) ROCK it!! lol I LOVE hearing that you were thinking of this site... it is truly inspirational, isn't it!! Use it for all of your motivation and YES think about reporting every great thing and bite that's good. Putting on "paper", seems to make us "put it in stone" so to speak and works volumes on "cementing it in". ;)

Sounds like you had a fabulous fun day and yay, great work on the exercise!! Congratulations on that wonderful loss too... you just keep moving and groovin and I'm sure you'll move those scales some more by your hols next week! ;o)

Im so sorry I did not know about this site even in June, as ill as I was with my leg and another few sad family things, I would not have gained the 3+ st on, I know at the moment its still new and a novelty, but as I read weight history charts such as yours Moonlite, bullytrouble and others, I know I will now do it, Im telling every1 I know about it, and even if I gain weight on Hols, I wont knock myself. I'll just do as the songs says, "I'll pick myself up. and brush mysel down and start all over again" and I'll do this because I know you are all out there willing me and not comdemming my weak moments. Thank every1 again

Hiya, great stuff, you are so motivated I wish I could swim better, I run out of breath!! after 1 small length never been able to get the hang of it. BUT I can do water aerobics pretty good now, have so for 18 months and find it a wonderful help. If you have a class near you give it a try out. As it is, you need a great big pat on the back for how well you're doing and all the best for this coming week X Denise :)

My huge problem about swimming its so far away,I dont drive, so it can take me about 1 to 1 1/2 hours to get there and same back. So its a day trip. With all the governments talk about health problems starting to get out of hand, and the need for kids to exercise more, there is only 2 public swimming pools in Cork City, and both are on what was outskirts of city, we had 2 others nearer but they closed , 1 was old but I think it was the traffic and parking caused the problems, The other 1 was beside the city hall, I used go there every day as a child, my school was across the road, but that was Victorian, but they should have upgraded it.(the LeisurePlexs are outstanding here, cheap, lots going on and really lovely staff), Im going to see the Local T.D.s (M.P./ Senators) about 1 nearer, even just a pool, (there is plenty of primary school/college/huge girls secondary to use it as well), Im friendly with a lot of the T.Ds, and sons know all the younger 1's, so going txt 3 of them for a meeting next month about it, plenty of land near us. I just need to get a proposal and outline set up. Also need to get a petition done. That mite turn into a challanage later.
