I have now been on the induction phase for 3 weeks and have not lost much weight at all. I have lost 3 lbs. so far and in the last week, I have not lost at all. I am not cheating and staying below the 20 carbs and I'm not sure what I am doing wrong.

Hang in there! You know I've seen a LOT of people on this site that have stated the same thing "When I did Atkins before I lost fast, it seems harder this time around". Kinda odd, but you ain't alone!

Only a couple things I can think of after looking at your journal. #1, make sure you're drinking your water. #2, are you taking your vitamins? Everything else looks really good. Stick with it. It will show up!
