Najwa, go for it!!
The cod is spiced with cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder. And I pan seared it in vegetable oil
The slaw: on green apple cut into 1/4" match sticks with 2 cups of spinach (I rolled it and cut it with a scissors) and a 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro. That is mixed into a 1/3 cup of mayo with one lemons worth of juice, 1 tbs of honey, salt and pepper
I warmed up the corn tortillas in a pan (no oil)
Made the corn in the microwave (it was frozen) and seasoned it with salt, pepper, paprika, and chipotle
