I've decided to set my weightings goals to smaller numbers. I feel like seeing the big number can feel unattainable and that big number isn't even the goal weight. So for now, I shall aim to looks 5kgs at a time and keep climbing that way

That's a sensible approach. I use a measuring tape and that one outfit that I am dying to wear.

Lisa_chan, yes, I've been meaning to look for that damn measuring tape 😂 My goal is this amazing pair of designer trousers that I bought thinking it would fit and the sizing was off 😕
