連續 2 週體重都微升,吃得都一樣,所以不懂為何。有點自暴自棄了哈哈,今天多吃很多額外的食物,深夜的清燉牛肉湯,芒果大爆糖,還有同事生日的波士頓蛋糕。

我前2天都熬夜 水喝的也少 每天雖然只吃1300卡以下 體重卻升快2公斤 所以不要自我放棄 只是生活型態讓身體產生了某些防護機制 之後體重會再往下的😁
