Really having a hard time keeping up with tracking my food intake :( I've got to get more deligent about it again. Darn this cold weather, it makes me wanna eat crap!
66.7 kg Lost so far: 19.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
