After doing :
-5 Days of Le Mills Body Combat
-5 Days of April Han's Thigh Workout

Currently doing:
-Les Mills Body Combat (28 days) with schedule 6 times a week (Thursday was Rest day)
-April Han's Thigh Workout (7 days) everyday
