@nandanaya makanannnya kayak biasa aja kak, tapi nasinya dikit banyakin sayur sama lauknya tapi defisit kalori ya kak dan makannya diatas BMR dibawah tdee, banyakin gerak. Kalo aku sukanya skiping, squat, kadang cardio tapi gak rutin
