I'm a little confused. I thought the October Challenge started today, but the section says it starts at midnight tonight.
Oh well, I'm going to still stick to my limits today.
I have decided that I am going to set several goals this week. I need to touch base with the inner loser in me and get moving again. I'm hoping this can help me lose a little faster.
GOAL #1 - This week I will stay at or below 20 net carbs. GOAL #2 - I will exercise for 30 minutes every day. GOAL #3 - I will give up caffeine. GOAL #4 - To keep in line with the October challenge, I will try one new recipe this week. GOAL #5 - I will continue to eat at least 2 cups of veggies each day.
That's enough for this week. I am very determined and anxious to get moving again.
