Okay, so my family wants Pizza. I've been doing really well, so - I'll throw away the crust. Eat Mozzarella and Pepperoni. Not more than I would normally eat - weigh evey ounce. This is my plan. Then I'll have to work out harder.

Did you know 1 slice of a Large Pepperoni Pizza from Pizzahut is more than 300 calories? YIKES!!

I'll tell you how I did. I haven't had more than 850 calories in a day for 18 days! - until today

Later - after dinner -

I'm only supposed to eat 500 calories / day and I blew that out of the water at 911 calories... Bummer!! But, I guess I'll see what the scale says in the morning. I've not done very well with 500 calories /day anyway and I've still done well, so I may still make it into that dress!

I am challenging myself to get to the GYM! I've been a member for 14 years and have not shown up in 26 months. I am embarassed to return because my other half told me "why, they'll know why your there".. That made it worse. :'(

You can make pizza with a crust made out of ground beef or turkey. My husband loves it! :) They can have the carb laden kind.

Just curious why you are only supposed to have 500 calories a day! That seems dangerously low, and while you may be getting short-term success it sounds very risky - both for your health in general, and for being able to maintain the loss. Sorry if I'm being a downer, I'm just concerned!
