Ok, today I need to refocus and get on this latest challenge. I want to help my team stay motivated to stick with this challenge, because it did me wonders last month!

This past week I strayed from journaling my food and exercise...mainly because i was sick of journaling cottage cheese (which I'm eating right now) over and over....but that's no excuse! I want us Cardinals to soar!!!

So, I'll start with the food entry again.

I still want to lose another 15+lbs so I'm setting my NC goal for this week to be 20 or less. I'm going to watch my beer intake to make sure I'm not wasting so much carbs on that...with that said though... I'll still be partaking in my only vice.

I'm back to doing my crunches nightly and walking at lunch.
Nothing has changed since my final weigh in for the prior challenge, so those numbers will stick going forward. Hopefully I can drop a couple more inches by that time!!!

Good luck on the October challenge! If you continue to loose despite your "vice" then don't worry about it too much. Try to find the lowest carb beer, though. If you are staying under 20g nc you don't want to sacrifice veggies for beer, so it is something to think about. Don't sacrifice nutrition for a treat. I have to do that with low-carb ice-cream. ;)

I've been trying to stick to Mic Ultra (2.6) or Miller Lite (3.2)...the Ultra is more expensive and sometimes hard to find...either way they both come way under my usual (Coors Light). I do plan on cutting back on it all though and replacing a beer or two with water...sounds disgusting, but overall it'll be good for me. Too bad I don't like the hard stuff...heh.

I totally feel you!! That's my vice too! If it shipping weren't so much, I'd ship you the Mich Ultra whenever;) It is nice and smooth though. Maybe I should re-think cutting back so much, and just replace the Bud Light with the Michelob Ultra. Thank you sooo much!

LOL. Yeah, I like it. Miller has come out with MGD 64..even less calories (64) and less carbs!(2.4) BUT, they don't even sell it in my state yet....wait, scratch that...I just checked their website and they state that MGD64 is available nationwide now. If you find it, let me know how it is. I'll be looking next liquor store run!!!
