At times I am my own worst enemy.
Things I should not do: - step on the scale everytime I get near it. - think about all the foods I love, and can't have. - procrastinate on the exercise that I know I need. - give in and have that one more portion - focus on how far I am away from my end goal.
Things I will do to change: - Weigh myself once a week at a regular time. - think about all the things I will be able to do after I lose weight - get out and do some exercise before winter comes, when a whole new batch of excuses come out - eat only till I am no longer hungry and stick to my calorie limits - focus on smaller goals that will lead me to my final end goal.
