Our church did a special thing on Sunday and we had to get matching tops Saturday. Mine was a 4X!! I usually wear a 3x. I promise myself that that shirt WILL NOT fit me next year!! I will be wearing a large. I'll be able to shop in the regular section of a clothing store. I won't have to go looking through the plus size section of the store. I don't have to be a size 0. I'm happy to be a 16 or 14. I look fine in either size. This isn't beyond me. I CAN get there.

I love the motivation! Do you get to keep the shirt? Any special plans for it when you are a LOSER? I say make it into a body size pillow :)

Sorry, jl, but I'm not on The Biggest Loser show. I am a loser because I've lost 20 lbs so far. I'm losing weight so I'm a loser. And happy to be one.
