Lost 2 lbs. this week! Total loss is 20lbs.
Started ice skating this week. Went 3 times. Skated 3.5 hours total. LOVE it! Going today! Yeah!
Got through Thanksgiving, really well! No cheating! Not even any nibbles of anything. I've never NOT had stuffing, potatoes, yams, gravey, corn, cranberry sauce or pie at Thanksgiving before. The turkey was SO good with turnips, butter and cabbage salad. I didn't need or want anything else.
I did do all the dishes while everyone else ate dessert but I was thankful for a distraction! It worked and I lost 2 lbs.
OH and not one person mentioned my weight loss. Well, I didn't have to defend my WOE. No one noticed what I ate either. Yeah right!
I'm proud of me!
