Halfway through my 6 week mini challenge to lose 6 pounds, 2.4 down and 3.6 to go so not too far off the plan. Headed the right way slowly.
I heard on the radio the other day a Rabbi speaking about how in Judaism rather than look ahead at how long there is to go, they always look back at how far they’ve come (this was in reference to lockdown) applying this to my weight loss journey I’ve lost over 9lbs since starting around 9 weeks ago and I’m pretty happy with that. I can’t imagine how much bigger I must have been then as I still feel big now but I will get to my goal! Have a great weekend everyone!
69.7 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
