31st July 2013 - I did some Billy Blanks exercise!!!!

Since th 29th July 2013 I've been eating less and exercising every day and drinking water, I thought I would be losing some weight by now but I'm actually gaining "hands over eyes". Things like this makes you want to stop and give up!!!
