Well, another pound down,,,,,YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need to go grocery shopping today,,,,,I have some great ideas for some tasty meals and snacks :) Avoiding the bakery and the cookie aisle all together,,,,,,,,really,,,it's better that way LOL
