I went grocery shopping at WalMart yesterday. Had some fun finding tasty things, low in carbs,,,,,,
I picked up those little tiny cabbages (I forget what they call them) becase I've never tried them before,,,,just for fun :)
I did notice, however, that all the sugary junk was down the big center aisles,,,,,,,,,,prominently LOL.
I even went through the bakery and resisted!
I got cantaloupe and berries and a few whole grains,,,,,,,,I got stuff to make oopsie bread and some sausage for breakfast (low carb here LOL)
