I have noticed when I avoid/limit grains I lose more. Yesterday morning I went up to 174, but today down lower, yesterday I ate some grains, but not for dinner. Dinner was a salad and sardines. Sounds gross, but I really want to win this war and the wild sardines from Costco are very healthy for me. I haven't been doing enough working out, but I need to luck that in high hear if I plan to smash my next plateau mark (170). I originally aimed to lose 10 lbs from July to mid August, unfortunately I yo yoed a lot and couldn't get past that 175 plateau for over a week. So being 165 in 2 weeks is not realistic for the way in which I am trying to lose weight. See, I am very short, their this weight is a lot for the size of my body frame. If I lose too quickly, I'm concerned my skin quill not have the time necessary to shrink and I will be left looking like a deflated balloon. It may happen regardless, but I hope to minimize it as much as possible by taking my time and taking good care of my skin (which includes increasing my water consumption).
78.2 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
