I would say that we're not going to talk about yesterday ... but it has to be said. I ate 5 Krispy Kreme donuts and two pieces of sausage pizza. So, I did not weigh this morning because I know it will only set me back.
So, what did I do about it. I went to the gym this morning and kicked a$$ and took names. I took my 276ish pound self and I jogged on the treadmill. I did not let the weights intimidate me and I pushed myself to the brink of muscle "failure". I am a strong girl and I am going to lose weight and get lean and a "down" day isnt going to stop me.
