Aku susah istiharat... 😭😭
Teman2 ada ga yg susah bgt resting? Padahal aq tau otot dan badan lg butuh rest, tapi kalo ga olga rasanya kyk berdosa gitu... udah seling cardio2 dan yoga / pilates, tetep aja buntut nya gatel lifting... 🙈🙈
