bismillah back on track,, ga nyangka cuman naik 0,5 kg hbis 11 hri ga itung2 kalori (lebaran pulang kampung jdi males bgt dan malu nimbang2 wkwk), ga olahraga ,, bersyukur bgt jdi semangat ngelanjutin diet yg smpat terhenti ini__
