Hello my FS friends... I broke down after 7 days of my plateau and ate 11 french fries. (1/2 serving) according to the package. Amazingly, I don't feel guilty. 75 calories and 9 g fat. I probably should feel a little more guilt because I am sure this was before cooking... deep fryed... but, I'm going to let it go this time. My original plateau plan was to go to Burger King and King size my favorite meal! I didn't do that and I drove by the neighborhood BK 3 times today.. The drive thru was packed all three times!

Hey, it might be just what you needed to break that plateau!! :) A bit of calorie and fat guessing seems to be good for the metabolism, once in a while. :) Keep on ROCKIN' the boat baby! :)

Way to mostly;y avoid temptation! Nothing to feel guilty. Now you just hop right back on. I agree it might even have been just the ticket to dump y9ou right off the other end of the flatland!

Good for you! I am with bullytrouble! You could have gone overboard but you didn't (wanting to does not count) and you satisfied that craving! Keep up the good work!
