I haven't budged from 190 all week. I am sticking to phase 2 100% and walking regularly and the scale still won't budge. I think I need to vamp up my workout. Walking obviously isn't enough, although it is the easiest way to work in exercise with my kids. Throw the baby in the stroller, put my daughter on her bike, and away we go. It is hard to find a time to exercise other than after bedtime and then I get too wired to go to sleep. Too many excuses. I know. There are just so many other things I need to get done during my son's naptime but I guess I will re-prioritize. I have to get this weight off. Losing 1 lb a week is too slow. Especially when the little box comes up after a weigh-in that says, at this rate, it will take you 4 months to reach your goal weight. UGH!!

I know how you feel. To many excuses. Not enough time in the daylight hours to run or excersize without kids being right on top of you. The only good thing for me is right now atleast is hubby just cut abunch of wood for winter, so when I only have one child with me I'm going to rent a splitter and start splitting and stacking it. That is going to be a killer work out.

Try to keep a closer watch on overall calorie intake, that always does it for me. I saw the website and noticed that the bows are looking nicer and nicer. Good job in getting the site up there.
